  5. Wait for Availability
    Apartments are assigned strictly based on the waitlist order. Availability notifications will be sent as units open.

  6. Schedule Appointment When Notified
    Once you are next on the waitlist, we will contact you to schedule an in-office appointment.

  7. Verification & Full Application
    At the appointment, we will verify your information and collect the full application and required documents.
